[ Editor's note ]

Seated between a recent month stay in East London and a fast approaching trip back to my country of origin, the Dominican Republic, everything seems so transient and existing in a quasi realm where nothing is quite tangible.

 

Yet, our focus this summer is on Value and Worth. Themselves metaphysical in how subjective these concepts can be. And in resisting preset values and definitions of worth, radical illuminations of who we are and what we’re capable of can surface, and perhaps even flourish.
